A save can fail when the connection drops, when the story expired, or when the platform refuses the request.

What you see

  • The story shows Failed and shakes once.
  • The bar says how many saved and how many failed.
  • A failed save is not counted against your free saves.

What to do

  1. Tap Try again to save the failed stories again.
  2. Tap Skip to drop them and keep the rest.
  3. If saving stopped because you left the app, tap Resume. Stories already saved stay saved.

Keep the app open

Keep StoryFetcher open until the save finishes.

If it keeps failing

Refresh the account list with the refresh button. If Instagram asks the app to slow down, wait a few minutes and try again. Nothing is wrong with your account.
