Facebook works in a browser inside the app. You open a story on the page and use the save control that StoryFetcher adds to the page.
Save a Facebook story
- Add a Facebook account and sign in.
- Open the account in Downloads. The browser opens.
- Open a story on the page. The hint reads Open a story, then tap the page’s save control.
- Tap the save control. On Android, a preview opens first, then you tap Save to Gallery.
- Wait for Saved to Gallery.
The page is Facebook’s
StoryFetcher only adds its own frame and the save control. The rest of the page is the real Facebook site and can change.
Remove an account
You remove an account only in Settings. The browser has no remove control.
